CPS@Work is the website provided by the CPS Human Resources department to provide all your employment information for easy access online.
You have three options to access CPS@Work:

Open your web browser and type in cpsatwork.cps.k12.il.us
You don't have to be at work in order to access CPS@Work. The website can be accessed from home or anywhere.
Once you log in you will be presented with the following screen:
The screen is broken in to three areas.
On the left hand side is a menu that offers quick links to your personal information and user support as well as quick links to CPS Clerks Website and CeDO
Along the top is a menu with link buttons (explained below), a sign out button and a search bar for searching CPS@Work.
HR Home - takes you back to this page
Compensation & Benefits - Information on compensation, benefits, workers comp, safety programs, union contracts and salary schedules.
Employee Services - Info on employee assessment, leaves of absence, transfers, resignation and retirement, teacher re-certification and other polices and procedures.
Forms - A source for printing and viewing forms such as: employee records, payroll, equal opportunity compliance, health services, leaves of absence and health services.
Payroll - Contains payroll bulletins and information on payroll schedules and distribution; payroll contact info, and payroll links and resources.
CPS University - Connects you to CPS University.
CPS Home - Connects you to the CPS public website.
In the middle of the page is reserved for announcements and important information from HR. There maybe links included here that pertain to these announcements.
The first five options in the #2 section link to sites that provide you with information from HR. Their layout is similar to the layout of the home page. On the left #1 is a collection of links that breaks down into menus, submenus and even subsubmenus. Going into each menu would take hours of time and gigabytes of storage here online. In the middle #3 will be announcements from each individual section and important info such as addresses and phone numbers.
There is a 20 minute time out with CPS@Work. If you are inactive for 20 or more minutes the site closes to protect your personal info.
